The LICSPA 2023 Annual Conference aims to help attendees better understand what’s going on around us in this moment, embrace what’s new in this generation, learn how the world around us is currently affecting our work, and how we can inform our everyday decisions & current planning to take action now.
Rather than look into the future, we hope to focus on the present to make the biggest impact on our work and development as professionals, as well as on our schools and the students we support. Higher Education has faced trials and tribulations in recent years due to many factors; this year's Conference strives to help higher education professionals build the bridges necessary to fill the gaps ahead.
We invite you to explore all that currently affects how we lead and learn as administrators. Whether that be how policies affect diversity, equity, & inclusion, generation gaps amongst colleagues and our students, or innovation in technology. This year's conference will create a space for open conversations and educational workshops, to learn & grow with one another, and TRANSFORM our work right now!
