Evolve, Exit, or Endure?—Making Moves in Higher Ed and Beyond
presented by Laura M. Coleman, Associate Director of Employer Relations, TC Next, Teachers College

This session is designed for higher education professionals as they consider the next step in their career journey—whether that means a new role at a different institution (or in a different function), transitioning to a job outside of higher education entirely, or finding areas of growth within your current position. We will walk through ways to reflect on your personal career path and what might come next, explore the current hiring landscape in higher ed, and examine your highly transferable skills that could bridge the gap into another industry. The goal is to leave this session feeling confident as you navigate your next professional transition.

**Please note that institutional or individual membership is required to attend this event. To learn if your institution is a member, or to become a 2021 LICSPA member, visit licspa.org/membership.
